If you have a problem about how to let everyone join your group, then let me help you a bit 
You got to go into the admins area and click on to 'Manage Members'
After you do look to your left and click on 'Members'
Once it loads you want to look to your right and scroll down till you see 'Join Request'
There! and for next I'm sure you can continue :3
P.s. I had the same problem when I started my group and one of my friends helped me and these were the steps she gave me. XD;
